Since 2009 I have been involved in maternal health care in DFW. Starting as a volunteer with Tarrant County Birth Network and eventually a founding board member for Texas Birth Networks. I have since been certified in Childbirth Education, Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Placenta Encapsulation, Belly Binding, and Lactation Basics. I am also a foster care respite provider with another laundry list of certifications through the State of Texas. Working with families and providing personalized care as they journey through expanding their family is not only something I am highly skilled at but what I am truly passionate about. 

When I am not with one of the amazing families I work with, I am most likely at one of my 6 kids' games, practices or events. I could also just be at home loving on one of our many pets, reading a book or catching up on TV! Most people ask, "how do you do it all?" the answer is: I schedule carefully and with COFFEE!
